Andranik (Andy) Khechoumian graduated from the Pacific Western University, California, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and graduated from Woodbury University, Los Angeles, California, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and obtained his Professional Engineer Registration in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, California. Also, he is a member of the National Council of Examiners for Engineering & Surveying "NCEES". He has completed additional studies in Fire Protection Engineering and Control Design at University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).

He also is affiliated with and is a member of the California State Contractor C20 license, on the Board of Directors for the American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and a member of The National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE).. Also, he is a member of The Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers, Inc. "IEEE", a member of The Association of Consulting Electrical Engineers "ACEE" and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers "ASME".

Mr. Khechoumian performs design work in HVAC for commercial and institutional buildings involving new, existing and retrofit facilities. His experience includes project management and engineering, design development for a broad range of projects. Some of the projects include Richard Nixon Presidential Museum, Yorba Linda, California; Walt Disney Imagineering Theme Park, Epcot, Florida; Rockwell International, Prudential Tower, El Segundo, California; California State University, Los Angeles, California; West Lake Medical Center, West Lake, California.

Mr. Khechoumian has experience in the operation of Computer Aided/Drafting Design (CADD) utilizing Auto-Cad, Carrier E2011 load calculations and knowledge of Trane-Trace 600 load and system design programs.
