Apartments

"Circa" (1200 S. Figueroa)
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for the new mixed-use project will add 648 luxury residential apartments in twin 36-story towers, which includes an 8-story parking podium wrapped in LED billboard screens that the towers will be resting on. In other words, 28 stories of residential floors + 8 floors of parking = 36 stories tall. In addition, the ground floor will have about 50,000 square feet of retail space that will be wonderfully complementary to Fig Central's planned 200,000 square feet of retail space directly across the street. Project is currently at the 5th residential floor above the podium.

Eastown (BLVD 6200 North Block)
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for 540 unit studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and townhomes along Hollywood Boulevard. Eastown's features a pool and spa with lounge areas, common room with fireplace and patio, gym and fitness studio, BBQ areas, EV charging stations, and more. With 85,000 sq. ft. of retail plaza along the Hollywood Walk of Fame filled with shopping, dining, and services, along with a host of other convenience resident services.

APEX (9th & Figueroa) Towers 1 & 2
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for two soaring, 28-story (335) glass towers and a mid-rise (70) loft building expresses the concept of architectural living through inventive design, quality construction and uncompromising attention to detail. Full mechanical, plumbing and electrical design for a new mixed use high rise apartments consisting of underground and above grade parking, a ground level retail component. Second tower is under construction.

LEVEL
A new 34-story high-rise with 303 apartment units and plenty of areas to lounge and stay active with BBQ grills and fire pits, a full sized basketball court, a beautiful infinity pool and spa with cabanas, and even a standalone sauna. Project is complete and fully occupied.

Wilshire Vermont
Provide Plumbing design for two 34-story Hi-Rise Vermont Apartments For Rent in Los Angeles, California is a studio, one- and two-bedroom contemporary urban apartment community built adjacent to the Wilshire Vermont stop along the Metro Red Line and Purple Line. Project is complete and fully occupied.

Blossom Plaza
A new mixed use facility including 241 apartment units, approximately 228,000 square feet of subterranean parking, 20,000 square feet of shell and core retail, common areas and cultural plaza. Project is LEED Gold certified.

Cumulus Podium & Tower
Podium: A new mixed-use Type III, 1020 unit apartment building over approximately two-stories of Type I ventilated subterranean parking, 74,000 sq. ft. of Shell & Core retail plus amenities.

Tower: A new high-rise, 29-story mixed use facility consisting of approximately 300 apartments on 23 levels, 1 level subterranean parking, 5 levels of above ground grade parking, 5,420 sq. ft. of ground floor retail plus amenities.

La Plaza
Block A: Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for mixed use 119 Units (91 Studios and 29 one-bedroom apartments) over 29,000 sq. ft. of retail and 95,000 sq. ft. of below grade ventilated parking.

Block B: Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for mixed use 221 Units (131 one-bedroom and 71 two-bedroom apartments) over 18,000 sq. ft. of retail and 225,000 sq. ft. of ventilated parking.

Kings Road
Provide Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design drawings for (48) units, (6) lofts, (18) 2-bedroom, (24) 1-bedroom units. (1) level subterranean parking, (1) level at grade parking with 6,000 square feet of retail, (3) tenants. Both parking levels to be ventilated.

Step Up on Colorado
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for a 5-story 36-one bedroom unit apartment building over on-grade parking.

NoHo Senior Villas, North Hollywood, California
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for a new 49 unit affordable senior villas with one level of parking and public areas at grade.

Lincoln Walk Apartments
A new 5 story podium style apartment building with 3 levels of subterranean parking, 97 apartments and grade level retail.

200 Ocean (Long Beach)
Provide design of MEP and backbone AFS, standpipe systems for conversion of an existing 11-story office building to a new 88-unit apartment building with (4) levels of subterranean parking. New townhomes to be provided at upper penthouse, provisions to be made for future ground floor restaurant.

BLVD 6200 South
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for the South Block consisting of 515 Residential Apartments, and 65,000 sq. ft. of Shell & Core Retail, some of which will be designed as future restaurant and four levels of subterranean parking.

442 Ocean (Long Beach)
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for a 94 Unit apartment facility including three levels of subterranean parking, five levels of residential (21 typical units) above, plus common areas. Provide MEP services for construction documents and construction administration based on complete design development design.br>

207 Seaside Way (Long Beach)
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for a 113 Unit apartment facility including one level subterranean parking, two above grade parking levels, five levels of residential above, plus common areas. Provide Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services for construction documents and construction administration based on complete Design Development design.

The Shores, Marina del Rey, California
Design of the mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems for a 544 apartment complex consisting of twelve four-and five story structures situated over a two-level concrete podium parking structure. Extensive amenities include a heavily landscaped two-acre central courtyard area featuring pool and spa areas as well as several sundecks, outdoor fire pits, barbeque areas, and abundant seating areas; Other project amenities include a business center, clubhouse with communal kitchen, and second-floor fitness center overlooking the courtyard. Fifty-four apartments will be offered as affordable housing to income-eligible households

The Glendale Triangle, Glendale, California
Design of the mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems for a mixed use, four-story Type V podium apartment building consisting of 224 total residences over approximately 37,000 square feet retail/live work, ancillary uses, approximately 50 retail parking stalls on the ground floor with 38 additional stalls in a mezzanine parking deck, over 2 levels of subterranean parking structure for residential and retail parking. Leasing center, recreation, and fitness facilities consisting of approximately 6,000 square feet.
