The project included about 100,000 square feet of new construction, including a 500-seat classroom building or shared learning facility, library, auditorium, music and drama classrooms and food services. Total construction cost was $350,000,000.00, and was opened on September 03, 2008.

Edward R. Roybal Learning Center, Los Angeles, California
Design of the mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems. The school sits on 25-acres in downtown Los Angeles. The school can serve up to 2,800 students in grades 9 through 12. The project included about 100,000 square feet of new construction, including a 500-seat classroom building or shared learning facility, library, auditorium, music and drama classrooms and food services. About 72,808 square feet of classrooms and 299,584 square feet of gymnasium and parking space were renovated in the existing buildings, which were converted into six 500 seat academies. Two unfinished structures were demolished, an earthquake fault set back was established, and a complex between slab methane ventilation system that was integrated.  Total construction cost was $350,000,000.00, and was opened on September 03, 2008.

Mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering for a new 191,627 square foot high school with 2,025 seats.

South Region Elementary School #2, Los Angeles, California
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems design for a new elementary school for 750 students that opened its doors on September 13, 2010.

South Gate New Elementary School #6
Mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering for a 54,600 square foot elementary school, including classrooms, administrative offices, teaching stations, library, food service, multipurpose, and other support facilities. The project also includes open parking areas, hard and soft areas, an underground parking structure for approximately 60 cars, and site circulation.

East Valley New High School #3
Electrical engineering for a project consisting of approximately 240,000 sq. ft, comprised of multiple buildings for classrooms, library, cafeteria, offices, auditorium, 2 gymnasiums, and related areas. Includes athletic fields, a stadium with seating for football and track, 300 car onsite parking and site circulation.

Frank D. Lanterman High School
Mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering for the replacement of various air conditioning roof top units on three existing roofs (Administration Building, Development Center Building & Vocational Building).

Loyola Law School
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering for the entire new Los Angeles campus including Maryfield Hall, moot court building, administration and classroom building, cafeteria and 4-level parking structure including all site work.

Los Angeles City College (State Square)
Relocation of existing electrical equipment including switchboards, telephone backboard, fire alarm control panel, etc. in child development center.

Variety Boys & Girls Club, Los Angeles, California
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems design for a new 28,000 square foot boys and girls club including gym, offices, outdoor swimming pool and other amenities on an existing site with an approximately 13,000 square feet of subterranean parking.
