1201 S. Hope
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for two 32 and 42 story high-rise buildings and four levels of underground parking. There are approximately 730 residential units as well as 7,500sf of commercial space. Project is under construction.

“Circa” (1200 S. Figueroa)
Design of the mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems for a mixed use, four-story Type V podium apartment building consisting of 224 total residences over approximately 37,000 square feet retail/live work, ancillary uses, approximately 50 retail parking stalls on the ground floor with 38 additional stalls in a mezzanine parking deck, over 2 levels of subterranean parking structure for residential and retail parking.  Leasing center, recreation, and fitness facilities consisting of approximately 6,000 square feet.

Eastown (BLVD 6200 North Block)
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for 540 unit studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and townhomes along Hollywood Boulevard. Eastown's features a pool and spa with lounge areas, common room with fireplace and patio, gym and fitness studio, BBQ areas, EV charging stations, and more. With 85,000 sq. ft. of retail plaza along the Hollywood Walk of Fame filled with shopping, dining, and services, along with a host of other convenience resident services.

BLVD 6200 South - currently under construction
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for the South Block consisting of 515 Residential Apartments, and 65,000 sq. ft. of Shell & Core Retail, some of which will be designed as future restaurant and four levels of subterranean parking.

Cumulus Podium
A new mixed-use Type III, 1020 unit apartment building over approximately two-stories of Type I ventilated subterranean parking, 74,000 sq. ft. of Shell & Core retail plus amenities

Hollywood Marketplace
Provide full Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for a mixed use facility including 437 units of low rise apartments with a maximum of (30) typical unit types. Provide MEP for 377,780 sq. ft. of Shell & Core retail of which 25,000 sq. ft. will be allocated as shell & core restaurant space all with 1,811 subterranean parking spaces (estimated at approximately 575,000 sq. ft.)

La Plaza
Block A: Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for mixed use 119 Units (91 Studios and 29 one-bedroom apartments) over 29,000 sq. ft. of retail and 95,000 sq. ft. of below grade ventilated parking.

Block B: Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for mixed use 221 Units (131 one-bedroom and 71 two-bedroom apartments) over 18,000 sq. ft. of retail and 225,000 sq. ft. of ventilated parking.

APEX (9th & Figueroa) Towers 1 & 2
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for two soaring, 28-story (335’) glass towers and a mid-rise (70’) loft building – expresses the concept of architectural living through inventive design, quality construction and uncompromising attention to detail. Full mechanical, plumbing and electrical design for a new mixed use high rise apartments consisting of underground and above grade parking, a ground level retail component. Second tower is under construction.

801 S. Olive
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for a 34-story tower, 363 residential units and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Project is nearing completion

8th & Spring
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for a new mixed use high rise apartment consisting of two levels of underground parking, a ground level retail, four levels of above grade parking, amenities, common areas and 300 apartments all in a 30 story building above grade. Project is currently under construction.

The Glendale Triangle, Glendale, California
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for the new mixed-use project will add 648 luxury residential apartments in twin 36-story towers, which includes an 8-story parking podium wrapped in LED billboard screens that the towers will be resting on. In other words, 28 stories of residential floors + 8 floors of parking = 36 stories tall. In addition, the ground floor will have about 50,000 square feet of retail space that will be wonderfully complementary to Fig Central’s planned 200,000 square feet of retail space directly across the street. Project is currently at the 5th residential floor above the podium.

Design of the mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems for a mixed use project on 7.2 acres consisting of 544 apartments, 5 levels over a podium with 75,000 square feet of retail tenant space and 6 levels (1381) parking stalls below grade.

LEVEL, Los Angeles, California
Design of the mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems for a 32 story apartment tower with attached 5 story parking structure consisting of 283 units. The podium contains the ground floor retail and restaurants plus two subterranean parking levels, parking at grade level, three levels of above ground parking. The tower extends 27 stories from the podium level. Amenities include recreational room, two fitness centers, a pool, lounge area and deck area at the podium level, lounge are, bacci ball court and roof deck at the roof deck above the 31st floor and tennis court and separate basketball court with clubhouse on the roof of the parking structure.

Quonset Court Apartments, Santa Monica, California
Design of the mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems for a new 5 story podium style mixed use apartment building with 3 levels of subterranean parking, 97 apartments, 10,000 square feet of grade level retail space including a Historic Quonset Hut.
